TERMS OF USE

Enrolment and Membership
To enroll, create an account by following the instructions in the guest portal or MyLahore App. By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Not misuse the MyLahore Rewards Programme for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Utilize the programme solely for personal use without resale to third parties.
  • Not transfer your account to any other entity.
  • Not replicate or distribute site content without prior written consent.

Age Restrictions
Membership is restricted to individuals aged 13 and above.

Membership, Passwords, and Security

  • Ensure your device meets the required technical specifications for accessing our site.
  • Safeguard your confidential registration details, including your membership number and transaction details. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized usage.
  • Update your personal details, such as address or email, promptly via the guest site or MyLahore App to prevent points loss.
  • Employees are eligible for Membership but cannot use it in conjunction with any other staff benefits, including staff discounts.
  • Membership is non-transferable; violations may result in termination.
  • Membership termination may result in the forfeiture of accrued benefits and preclude future enrollment.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-compliance, with severe breaches warranting expulsion and potential bans from restaurants.

Usage Provisions

  • Site usage must adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Any attempt to disrupt site functionality is prohibited.
  • We retain the right to monitor and moderate user activity to ensure compliance with these terms.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights pertaining to the MyLahore Rewards Programme remain with us.

Participating Establishments

This section outlines how Members can accrue points and rewards when visiting our Restaurants by utilizing their Membership during visits.

Membership Points

  • Membership does not equate to a store or credit card but serves as our gesture of gratitude for your loyalty. Accrued points hold no monetary value and cannot be converted into cash or credit.
  • We reserve the right to adjust points and rewards in cases of suspected breaches or fraudulent activity. Members are accountable for unauthorized use of their Membership.
  • Present your Membership during dining to ensure points are credited when settling the bill. Points redemption or accumulation is not valid in conjunction with ongoing promotions.
  1. Points may take up to 24 hours to reflect on your Membership after a visit. Points are earned solely on food and beverage purchases for dine-in and collection orders, and on telephone delivery orders at Bradford Delivery.
  2. Points accrued from a bill may only be collected by a single Member per table and cannot be split or shared.
  1. Points must be collected during the visit by presenting your Membership Number under the QR code of your Wallet Pass or QR code in MyLahore App or providing your registered mobile number. Retrospective point additions may be declined except under special circumstances.

Rewards

  1. Members earn 10% credit on the value of their restaurant order to use on a future date. For example, every £10 spent earns you £1 worth of credit.
  2. Members can use accrued credit for future orders at MyLahore Restaurants.
  3. After redeeming the credit, accrued points reset to zero for subsequent earning.
  4. Redemption of credit cannot be combined with other rewards or promotions unless specified.
  5. Earned points are valid for one year from the date of earning or until Membership cancellation.

Miscellaneous

  1. We reserve the right to modify or eliminate points, rewards, or program policies at our discretion.
  2. Membership may be terminated if inactive for three consecutive years, resulting in the voiding of accrued points.
